| Introduction | I live in Reno with my husband, Justice. We have two beautiful kitties, Delphine and Brutus. In July of 2007 Justice decided that being a cheese eating vegetarian was no longer congruent with his values. That day we purged our kitchen of the dairy and eggs. In November on 2009 I decided that it was no longer congruent with my values to eat animals products too. I am committed to providing the most flavorful and innovative plant based meals at home. I am here to illustrate that it is possible to have fun with this cuisine and lifestyle without being dogged or overly strict. Just imagine if we all went vegan at home. There would be a whole lot more of everything for everyone! |
