| Introduction | I am a 35 year old woman who walks with the Lord. I am married to an awesome husband, Rob, who makes life so much easier! I am a non-wicked stepmother to his daughter, Emily, who I love dearly. Van Gogh and word art fill my walls. Someday, I will have a field of poppies (my favorite flower). I fall asleep with a book in hand most nights. I have been writing since I could form a sentence. I manage the business that my parents own (a Salon & Spa)...bloom where you are planted, right?! I am mama to a baby girl, Faith Marie, who lives in heaven and after over 3yrs of not being able to conceive - the Lord blessed us with baby Eli. Praise God!!! My previous blog (holdingfaithmarie)was what helped me work through losing Faith. thegiftofeli blog is the next chapter where I write about my precious son. And, thensingsmysoul is where the writer in me releases. |

| Favorite Movies | Can't Buy Me Love is the only movie that I could watch a million times. I don't usually like watching a movie more than once. |
| Favorite Music | I am not big on picking favorites of anything, other than color (um, red...always red). I love something about all music...well, except death metal and vulgar rap. But, the rest...the rest I do like! |
| Favorite Books | Favorite? All of them. I love them all. Only those that are crazy about books could understand...these books are my friends. And, I am not about to pick a best friend. I love something about them all. Put them all together and they equal everything to me. |
