Introduction	I'm just a mom of two adult daughters and a wife of 34 years to my best friend. I am proud to say my daughters are my friends -- and that warms my heart and tells me I did a great job raising these two wonderful young women!! They have got me running and doing yoga and we have a great time being together and yes, we do have the normal mother-daughter spats occasionally.

hmmm ... I think it's silent! BTW bologna is my fav. lunch meat!!
