| Introduction | Welcome to The Occasional Organic! Here you will find my journey to balance living and eating healthy with enjoying the most that life has to offer. I have two little ones, a wonderful husband, a cranky dog and a head full of crazy ideas. When I'm not holding down the domestic fort, I'm working as a nurse in the intermediate care unit of our local hospital. Raising my family in a healthy environment is important to me, but I believe that there is a balance to the broccoli - sometimes you just have to eat cake. |
