Introduction	I am Rick Wolf, CEO of Lexakos, a business advisory group that specializes in compliance, records management and e-discovery controls. Before establishing Lexakos, I was head of global compliance at Cendant Corporation, from 2002 until the corporation’s disaggregation in July 2006. During my ten years as an executive in the corporation’s law department, I brought legal and business-process innovation to Cendant (and its predecessor HFS), helping the corporation become a model of streamlined and effective compliance, litigation and records management systems.
