Introduction Tina Concetta Marzocca is an author of short stories and historical novels. “Pompeii, A Short Story” is currently available on Amazon in both Kindle and print form. This story is the precursor to the novel she is currently writing which is set in ancient Rome just after the Vesuvius eruption. Her short story “The Melancholy Vase” is set for publication in the Gascony Writers Anthology in May of 2016. She also took third place for her short story “Enough” in Fanstory’s writing competition. Currently a member of the Historical Novel Society as well as the International Women’s Writing Guild, she is also involved with writer critique groups and has recently completed a NovoEd course on fiction writing with the University of Iowa. Tina lives in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern of France with her partner, Ian.
