Introduction	Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Kelly and I am a stay-at-home mom of 3 boys in Arizona. I am currently on a "total wellness" journey and would love for you to join me on the ride! I have just adopted the Eat-Clean lifestyle base on Tosca Reno's book "The Eat-Clean Diet" and am also in the process of going completely organic. The current "mission" of my journey is to lose weight/eat healthy portion and to leave a smaller footprint on our planet.
