About me

Introduction	It all started with a...um...dress? Rather, it all started with one Super Fun and Talented Lady who knew how to make a damn fine dress- by eye and without a pattern. And three friends who wanted to learn how. So we got together once a week and ate "potluck" food, drank a little drink, laughed a whole lot, and learned how to sew. A year later we are still getting together- our numbers have grown and our talents are even larger. Every woman has her own strength- bookmaking, trivet sewing, jewelry, glass beads, fun hairbands, basket making, sewing of all kinds, massage, and hair braiding are just a few things we know how to do. Not to mention the fact that we are all in some way interconnected with some of the nicest farms in our area, so the good food is abundant. We have the best food in town, and we're not exaggerating. We share our cooking tips, our sewing skills, and our smiles. And every week we become stronger, wiser, and just plain more fun to be around.
