I have always felt that cooking is not brain surgery; if you can read, you can cook. I liked the ceremony, the ritual of cooking, the preparing of ingredients and seeing the end results. Cooking is a way of expressing one’s creativity – it’s the art of presentation. Cooking is all about family & friends. It is a way to bringing people together; to share and to comfort. It’s a gift – not if you do it well, but if you satisfy the hunger of one’s soul. |
