Introduction	I ran cross country in junior high and high school. Then after a twenty year or so hiatus I decided to take up running again. I started small but now I'm just seeing how far I can keep going forward. I also hang out with dogs, enjoy hiking,nature,cooking, weight lifting, reading,and laughing.
