Introduction	I am 52, and have fought my weight all my life. I suffer from major depression and have always found solace in food. Luckily I have a wonderful husband that loves me just the way I am. Unluckily, I have bad knees and am in constant pain. I wanted to start this blog to have a place where other people could come together and talk of their weight problems.
