Introduction I've packed my knife kit from Le Cordon Bleu, loaded my cat in her carrier and bid au revoir to Paris. Now, it's "Bonjour, Seattle" and the challenge of putting my new cooking and baking skills to use. Le Cordon Bleu's master chefs taught me the foundations of French cuisine and pastry; now it's my turn to blend what they taught with joy, inspiration and hard work to create a soul-satisfying, new career.
