| Introduction | My name is T.J. Short and I am a US Army veteran, I served from 1999 to 2002 as a 12B Combat Engineer. I did my OSUT (one stop unit training) at FT. Leanardwood MO. After being a holdover for another month I then went on to my permanent duty station at FT. Riley KS with the 1st Engineer battalion 1st Infantry Division (The Big Red One). I spent alot of my time there as a driver of a M113 A2 Armored Personel Carrier with 1000's of accident and break down free miles mostly at NTC (national training center) FT.
