| Introduction | I've been a Mad Dogg certified Spinning instructor since January 2011--loving every second! Each of my classes are carefully crafted with invigorating music and a dynamic, challenging workout to go with it! My classes are modifiable for all fitness levels, and both new and experienced Spinners. You can find me teaching at Fusion Fitness in the Bronx, and 24 Hour Fitness Clubs and New York Sports Clubs throughout New York City. Off the bike, I am a full-time student at Fordham University studying Psychology and Music, born and raised in NYC. I intern at the National Eating Disorders Association's helpline and Mt. Sinai Hospital. I also tutor in the Bronx, am an active member of the Psychology Honor Society, and was voted "best defensive player" on Fordham's Women's Rugby team. In my (very little) free time, I love going to the gym, hanging out with friends, exploring the city, shopping, eating, drinking as much coffee as I can get, and taking long uninterrupted naps with my cat, Chanel. So, come take a ride with me! Burn some calories, get fit, but most importantly HAVE FUN! I'll make you sweat ;) |
