| Introduction | Hi! My name is Karen. I'm a wife and a mom (to four boys!). And, writing has always been a way for me to process my thoughts & feelings. I began blogging back in 2010 (before I had even discovered Facebook!) and created Stairstep Boys where I mainly wrote about family life and motherhood and my spiritual journey. I started Not Just The Scale just two days before 2018 as a way for me to record my path to better health and keep focused and accountable. |
