| Introduction | Playa del Carmen is our winter getaway destination. We escape the cold and wet of B.C. Canada to play in the surf, sun and sand of Playa del Carmen for part of each winter. Our ambition is to retire and become snowbirds between Canada and Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Until that time I plug away at my job to help build that nest egg we need to reach our retirement goals. |

| Favorite books | Love all the Harry Potters. Not sure I have a favorite. I read simply for the pleasure of the moment and have read so many books they're hard to remember. |
