| Introduction | I live in the West Australian wheatbelt, amongst rolling green fields in the winter, and golden in the summer. Huge gum trees, full of galahs and cockatoos surround my home where I live with my lovely man, one large furry dog and two very bolshei cats. My background is in art, I paint, mainly in geometric shapes. However, I enjoy all areas of craft, handsewing rangefree sculptural artforms is an addiction. Currently I run workshops on selected dates, with different projects each time, ranging from canvases, clocks, handmade books, handmade paper, special effects with paints, unusual sewing effects.. Lately I have been spending time on altered books and that could be without a doubt, my latest and most creative outlet. I like to be different. |
| Interests | one off handsewn art hangings, different edge handbags, painting, free range quilting, collages, decoupage, handmade paper, altered books - all areas of art. I enjoy a good book, cult films, art shows, museums. Spending time with friends is paramount, and keeping in touch with long distance friends.Also a marriage celebrant. |
