| Introduction | Hmmm, Born in several other times and living out this one. Take that as you may. I am a thinker above all, a lover of nature, and a shunner of humans. There is only one animal that sets me to unease and they are the two legged ones. All others, I understand their rules and societies. I have watched bears pass within a few feet of me and been unmolested, camped in wolf territory and watched them watching me from the other side of my campfire, swam with Humpback whales and looked straight into their eye and witnessed the memory of creation and the depth of my soul there. I am terrible at human politics, or the petty games and competitions our societies play. I visited China and live in absolute awe of their way of life. Please don't bore me with your views of what you think Chinese life is about because you have listened to the news filtered through the US system of propaganda or religious tripe. After you go there we can talk. I was made for the depths of the forests, the wilds of the edges of the streams, the dark warmth of the roots of trees and the rushing winds at the peaks of mountains. |
