| Introduction | ~Breath is life~ The first breath is everything.... I love birth, pregnancy and all that there is about women:-) Being a part of a new life forming and coming into being is a gift and a privilege for me! To be welcomed and asked to join in this life altering experience is truly a blessing. I have been a certifed Birth/Postpartum Doula,CD(DONA)since 2002. In addition I have my Lactation Counseling. As part of my private Postpartum work with contracts through MCFD ( ministry of child and family) I have had to keep up my adult/infant CPR as well as food safe certifications. I have had 3 amazing birth experiences of my own and my children are all young adults now. My work has allowed me experience in many facets of life......
