Introduction	I am 54 years old as I start my Fat Loss journey.I did not have a heart attack, no doctor said I was going to die,my wife did not say she would leave if I didn't lose weight---I just got sick and tired of being FAT. I have things I want to do and can't. I have lived in the country most of my life. I enjoy cattle, horses, hunting and all of nature.I had , for a brief time just given up on doing anything physical, it hurt too bad. Thus , the journey begins. The name on my blog is Fat Loss (my journey)Pearls of Wisdom (because most people that know me well think that is a good term for my bull shit sayings).The sayings or Pearls in my posts are heart felt and only my opinion. I ain't a doctor, damn sure not a politican, and if you don't like my blog get the hell off it. On the other hand if you are thinking you can't lose fat and you have no will power, read my posts----if a hick from the country can do it---anyone can. Come along with me.
