| Introduction | I am a wife, a mom, a grandmother, and a friend. I have been married to my husband, Thom, since 1965. My family consists of my wonderful son Tom and his gentle and lovely wife, Sandy, their two sons Patrick and Aiden; my bright and beautiful daughter, Diane, mother of Adrian, Wyatt, Katie, and Keith. ~ This year we added a few more people to our family. Diane married Roland in March who brought along with him Robbie, Chris and Katlin and granddaughter Jaylee. (Oh, that makes us great grands!) And our fabulous grandson, Adrian, married sweet Morgan in June. We are all watched over by little angels John and Brian, Sandy and Tom's twin boys, from their heavenly perch. ~ I spent over twenty years before retiring as an educational assistant working with special needs kids. I loved my job, and though I sometimes really miss it, I love retirement. We moved from California to North Carolina six years ago, and though we miss our family and friends back there, we love North Carolina. Love the laid back life style, the church and friends we've met, and love having four seasons. A real spring and a real fall! |
