| Introduction | Welcome to my blog page! I'm Tracey Tischler and I'm 53 years old and a single mom to a 17 year old daughter who is off to college next year! I'm also a professional makeup artist, licensed esthetician, certified microblader, licensed tattoo artist, certified Life Coach, certified NASM personal trainer, author, speaker and I have a paralegal and political science degree. I love helping people to feel better about themselves both on the inside and outside. I also have dealt with cycstic acne, infertility (I did treatments for a year) and had basal cell cancer on my face. My family has had many health challenges and currently my brother has stage IV colon cancer and my sister had 2 strokes and is in an assisted living home. So, on my blog, I want to discuss all things beauty, fashion and fitness (I just started training with a powerlifting coach) but also how as we start getting older, the challenges we face. It was called the "Sandwhich Generation" when you were caught between older parents and younger kids, but now it feels more like the "Triple Decker" Generation!
