You can punch a hole in an apple using a straw. How do you think that makes your milkshake feel?
It feels nothing. I can't drink from the apple. I'd rather have the milkshake than the apple, but I am embarking on a journey where I will have to choose the apple over the milkshake. It's not a calorie thing; it's a vegan thing.
