| Introduction | Fletch attended his 10th school in the 10th grade in Zurich, and after graduation attended 6 universities, including 1 in Japan from which he has a degree that he can’t read. He’s living in his 42nd home, has had 29 jobs and 30 cars, including a Russian Lada that he quickly gave away, and he’s been involved in 12 car wrecks one way or another. He lived in France while working in Switzerland, lived in Switzerland while working in France, and lived in California while working in Ohio. He’s lived in 4 countries, played 9 sports, skied in 78 ski areas in 7 countries, visited 77 countries (not counting 9 others that he’s only kinda been in) and 273 international cities, and has been through 164 airports on 83 different airlines. He’s functionally illiterate in 6 languages, but somehow had a side career as a writer. He has friends from 130 different countries. He’s eaten pig intestine, haggis, tripe, kudu, a camel burger, a kangaroo pie, eel, octopus, squid heads, giraffe, zebra, alligator, and a monkey gland burger, drove John Travolta in a limousine once, and was promoted from Santa Claus to Jesus in a Christmas play.
