I started my PhD in June of '09 under the supervision of two legends, Jason Mattingley and Roger Remington. At the time of writing this I'm still trying to nut out the exact topic for my research, but I'm really interested in how your ability to pay attention to different areas around you is affected by moving your eyes around.

I love talking about all things science, and I love fighting against all things non-science that rip people off, or give them false hope. I do my best to share the knowledge I have gained with the people around me.

The best part of studying psychology is being surrounded by inspiring people who investigate a huge variety of questions. At uni, everyone around me, from students to senior academics, has accomplished things in their personal lives and in academia that I now strive towards.
Interests cognition, neuroscience, vision, attention, perception, skepticism
