Introduction My food philosophy could be described as Sally Fallon meets the China Study. I use and embrace animal foods, but we try to keep our animal consumption down to about 5% of total calories. We try to eat dairy, meat, and eggs only from pastured animals. I avoid refined sugar (leaning on honey, agave, and sucanat), and strive to eat only whole grains. That being said, we are far from perfect. We are a busy family of four with one on the way, and I just want to be real about what we eat. Mostly for me, but also for all my friends out there who wonder how to eat less meat and dairy.
