Introduction	Hello, my name is Erin Knight. I am thirteen years old, and I have cystic fibrosis. Cystic fibrosis is a disease that can affect your lungs, liver, and pancreas. My CF has always affected my lungs more than anything else. For the past several years, I have had to go in the hospital every other month for at least 10-21 days. Chronic infections have caused a lot of damage to my lungs, so I need a new set of lungs. Right now my mommy and I are living in Houston, TX , where I am waiting on a new set of lungs for a double lung transplant. Living here without my family is hard, but I am excited about receiving my new lungs. Normally, I live at home with my mommy & daddy, my sister Casey, and my puppy and kitty. I attend Calvary Baptist Church. I am a member of the band and an eighth grader at Waynesboro Middle School. I am so blessed to have so many people who care about me and want to help. A fund has been established at Calvary Baptist Church for this purpose. Because with my new set of lungs, I can breathe deeper, feel better, and go home and live with my entire family once again. Interests	I love to listen to my Ipod, message on facebook, play with my Wii, text on my phone, and play with my puppy & kitty. Right now I sure do miss my daddy, Casey, Buddy (my puppy), and Miss Kitty.
