Introduction	Hey Y'all! Can't you tell I'm from Texas? :) I'm on a mission to try all of the food trucks in Houston. The Food truck craze had EXPLODED all over the country and Houston is no exception! I'm not a food critic or a professional journalist. I'm a student at the University of Houston studying restaurant management so I'm basically an expert in restaurants. Right? Right? Ok well maybe not but I do know good food.
