| Introduction | Hello and welcome to my blog. I am Anitha and I live in Chennai, India with my wonderful husband and our adorable Son. My interest in cooking developed over a span of time. I am a big fan of Mrs.Tarla Dalal’s cookbooks, the wonderful recipes and photos in her books inspired me to try her recipes and buy more books. I have a collection of about 70 cook books!!! My roots are from Mangalore and I started this blog in an attempt to collect, document and share the traditional Udupi recipes which are the most cherished memories of my childhood. Now that I have made a beginning, I am also collecting and documenting traditional Tamil Iyengar recipes from my Mother-in-law. I am enjoying this new found passion of photography, food styling and blogging thoroughly. Most of the recipes in this blog are from Tarla Dalal’s books, Mom, Mother-in-law and various sources including family and friends.
