Introduction Hi, Chris Jellie here. Thank you for visiting my blog. I started in this industry back in 1986 when I took on a Panel Beating Apprenticeship with a well-respected panel shop on the North Shore of Auckland. The apprenticeship was 4500 hours (about 4.5 years) which is similar in time to a University Degree, and that's why I state I'm qualified in cars. In 1992 I moved to Kumamoto Japan, then Fukuoka, Nagasaki and then Tokyo. I was self-employed in Tokyo as a professional pre-purchase car inspector visiting Auctions in the Kanto region. I have checked more cars than most people have had hot meals. I have now moved my company head office back to N.Z. but continue selling cars around the globe.
