| Introduction | I love food and I love the restaurant biz. I have been in the industry for 12 years. My entry was a hostess job in high school, I moved up while still in school and after a few years realized that I was head over heels in love with the business. Plans of being a suit were replaced with plans of owning my own restaurant. Thankfully my boyfriend is an amazing chef, so soon confessions of a restaurant manager shall become confessions of a restaurant owner. Until said time enjoy the rants and raves and the inside look at a much publicized yet poorly understood business. |
