Introduction	Nerys and Alix have been friends for longer than they care to mention. Amica is Latin for “friend” and is the basis of this partnership between Ms. Alix James BSc. MSc., a Human Resources, Ecomomics and Operations Management Consultant and Ms. Nerys Rudder BA. MA., an Art, Collections Management and Design Consultant. These ladies have over 15 years experience between them working in their chosen fields with clients ranging in size from sole proprietorships to government agencies and multinational corporations. Their ethos is to instil the same values of friendship - trust, support and mutual benefit, into the running of AMICA.
