Introduction	Mr Patrice Leumeni has a cumulative professional experience of seven (07) years that allowed him to develop his skills in various areas of Project management in multicultural environment on food security/malnutrition, design M&E systems for gender mainstreaming, development keys performance indicators and strengthening capacity on Result Based Management/M&E. He is fluent in English and French and has knowledge in Monitoring & Evaluation procedures of great institutions/organizations such as: World Bank, USAID, Development Alternatives Inc (DAI), AusAid, World Food Programmes (WFP). Highly adept at working within systems and the ability to think outside of them. Proven leader and team builder with exceptional communication and analytical thinking skills. Patrice Leumeni was honoured to be invited by the Sri Lanka Evaluation Association (SLEVA) and UNICEF South Asia to make a presentation during the 5th Biennial International Conference from September 15-20, 2015 in Colombo.
