Introduction	2009-2010 President of WEF Paul is founder and President of LimnoTech, a national water science and engineering firm that has helped clients solve their water challenges since 1975. Paul has worked on hundreds of projects in over three dozen states and seven countries for clients including federal agencies, municipalities and industries. His research and consulting have focused primarily on water quality including modeling; lake and watershed management; stream restoration; contaminated sediments and groundwater, wet weather issues including stormwater CSO and SSO; TMDL; permitting; sustainability; and many other issues.
