| Introduction | Paul Kupperberg wrote the critically-acclaimed Life With Archie Magazine for Archie Comics, which made national news with its landmark “Death of Archie” storyline. His middle-reader novel, Kevin, featuring Archie’s first openly gay character won the 2014 Scribe Award from the International Association of Media Tie-in Writers for Best Young Adult Novel. Paul has written over 1,000 comic book stories starring some of the world’s best known superhero and kids cartoon characters including Superman, Batman, The Flash, Green Arrow, He-Man, Archie, Scooby Doo, the Powerpuff Girls, The Simpsons, The Flintstones, and others. He is also the author of more than two dozen books of fiction and non-fiction, from story books to novels for children and adults. Paul was an editor for DC Comics from 1990 - 2006 on such titles and properties as Wonder Woman, The Flash, Batman, Superman, the Justice League, and many others in both comic books and licensed publications for clients including NASCAR, the U.S. Postal Service, Six Flags Great Adventure, Claritin, the Doris Day Animal League, Silly Putty, and others.
