Introduction	The idea of me, to me, is that I a thoughtful woman who loves food and loves life. I am a mother of two small people, a bewildered wife, occasional scientist, a constant reader, and an incompetent gardener I live at the beach but dream of the mountains. I have three naughty chooks and this year I want to practice at living with no regrets. This year I will eat more vegetables, write more stories, listen to more music, read grand books, and run faster and further than my children.
