| Introduction | I worked from 1988 to 2007 in the investment banking sector; first at Morgan Stanley in New York and London, then at Lehman. My main area of specialization has been advisory on international transactions, be it M&A, restructuring, capital markets or risk management. I worked across industry sectors and in most european countries. My main industry focus was financial institutions. During 2007 I was a director at Leo fund Managers, UK based fund manager. Since december 2008 I am not any longer on the board of Leo fund. I am CEO of VMS Group Ltd, an international group involved in outsourcing of certain activities on behalf of diplomatic missions. I am also involved in a number of activities that range from consulting on asset allocation to private equity investments and other commercial activities. |
