| Introduction | Peter has been working in SE Asia since 2002. MAD Indochina (we used to be "Make A Difference Inc" but confusion reigned) is focussed on educating children and youth of disadvantaged backgrounds to help then improve themselves and their community. Education includes vocational training; we run a training restaurant in Hoi An, in central Vietnam, where we teach English, basic accounting, restaurant management, kitchen management, cooking skills, service skills, presentation, hygiene and safety. |
