| Introduction | Hello! I am 17 years old (as of June 2008) and on a whim last year I signed up for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. Had I known that I would be so passionate for the cause I would have signed up sooner!! Every day, every 3 minutes a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer. That is unacceptable! I wish that I could wish away breast and all other cancers. So for now I will have to do all that I can, and I know I can still do more. So this year (2009) I will do my best to walk in all 9 Avon walks, and by doing so hopefully put an end to this b@stard. |
