| Introduction | I am an endurance athlete that can't settle on a sport genre - road triathlon (long course), Xterra triathlon, road running, trail running, ultra running, mountain bike racing, etc. i seem to go all in to one sport and then "retire" when I become bored or when I meet some goal. My current focus is on chasing an Ironman PR. This Ironman PR is not just a time goal but to finish feeling like I raced, not just completed, the distance and left it all out there on this course. And I have lots of mental and physical work ahead of me. |
