| Introduction | I'm a chemical engineer. My blogs here contain a few samkRta words. I'm not a linguist but I find the IAS transliteration and ITRANS extremely cumbersome and stupid (illogical) to write. So I use a transliteration scheme which I find is quite logical and easy to write. The scheme is given below. To know the letters in the samskRta alphabet corresponding to the ones given below just map the letters below in the order in which they are written to the standard samkRta alphabet.
