| Introduction | When I was 14 years old, I bought the domain "amillionby20.com" with my own savings for a blog that would supposedly document how I would be rich by the time I reached 20. Back then, I just knew that I was meant for greatness. I just knew that I will dominate the world. Unfortunately, life happened. I lost track of my dreams as I focused on my schooling. Fortunate for me, I did well and got a full scholarship in Ateneo de Manila University, one of the top schools in the country. There, I pushed myself, excelling academically and in my extra-curriculars. I thought that everything was already set for me until one summer, I was given an opportunity to intern in the marketing division of Procter and Gamble. There, I really had a nice experience as I was able to learn a lot from brilliant people who were passionate about what they did. Yet, something in me did not resonate. It was not my dream. Years after my first blog, I rekindle the magic that was lost over the years. Now, I go back to my younger me - naive, idealistic, not afraid of dreaming big. This blog is my manifesto to a life of non-conformity. Join me in my journey towards world domination. |
