| Introduction | I began my education as a student of literature. I earned a B.A. in English at Columbia University and a Ph.D. in English at Harvard University. After a decade reading books, I decided to venture out. I spent two years in entertainment and five years in real estate before returning to school to get a doctorate in psychology. I also became a yoga teacher and started teaching astanga. I now practice psychology, offer executive coaching, and teach yoga privately.
