| Introduction | I live in Bandon, Co. Cork., work as a teacher of Photographic Studies and as a Life Coach, teacher of Infinite Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and workshop leader. I also practice Shamanism, Tai Chi and Chi Kung, which together with meditation help me to remain centred and to develop my potential. I write and am a voracious reader. I love to help people find their best life, to transform themselves into their authentic selves by exploring what does and doesn't serve their best interests, and through finding their passions move towards living a life they love. I am inspired by people who express themselves fully and help others to do the same. |
