| Introduction | I have had alternating (or mixed) irritable bowel syndrome since I was a toddler, but was officially diagnosed in my mid 30's. I come from a long line of ibs sufferers that spans the generations. Throw in food allergies, anxiety, and a generous helping of a weird sense of humor, and we have a recipe for....... well, me! I am currently working on trying to reset my body (where are those reset buttons again?) so that I can start enjoying life with friends and family once more, and not just from their bathrooms. |
