| Introduction | I live in Scottsdale, Arizona, yes it is incredibly hot herein the summer but we stay inside just like people in cold climates do in the winter. I live with my husband Matt & our Yorkies Wally & Penny. My favorite part of the day is making dinner so Matt & I can sit down together to eat. I try to think up fun new recipes and cut the calories with out cutting the flavor. I always remember to that you can try something new & if it's a disaster order pizza! I hope that the readers of this blog will try new things because the kitchen is fun. When using a recipe you can change it up to make it your own, if you use one of my recipes & add something or change it, tell me about it, I might want to try it too! |
