| Introduction | Hi! This is my journey (I'm kind of half-way through at this point) of renovating my 1977 Fuqua doublewide mobile home. I've lived here 12 years. When I moved in, EVERYTHING was original, so I've had to replace pretty much everything except the countertops! (I actually kind of like them but I'd replace them if I could afford it). I'm doing this all a little at a time, that's why it's been 12 years and I'm still not done, it costs money and I'm doing it myself, with a little help from my dad on the things I'm not sure how to do, like using an air gun or electrical saws,etc. (He does the cutting for me). So, I'll try to get as many pictures and descriptions as I can and share my progress with you as I finish my journey! |
