| Introduction | The Spark People community had helped support maintenance of the weight I first lost in 2000, beginning in 2009 until the announcement in June 2021 that the SP site is closing August 17. I've followed many Sparkies here to continue our conversation through blogging. My focus: those expansive calm good feelings of living in the present moment! Staying healthy with great nutrition and optimal exercise: including gardening, kayaking, golf, XC skiing. Enjoying retirement on beautiful Prince Edward Island with my dear husband and irrepressible golden retriever, Henry. |
