Introduction	I am a cynical waitress who has been in the restaurant industry for 12 years and worked and over 10 different restaurants including corporate and privately owned establishments. Over the years I have seen patron after patron display poor social etiquette when in a consumer position in these restaurants. While I must bite my tongue at the table, I have decided to let it loose here. If you are in the restaurant industry then I am sure you can relate and will appreciate this blog.
