Introduction	I am a Settlement Attorney with the law firm of Leggett, Simon, Freemyers and Lyon, PLC, and a founder of Ekko Title. I have been a real estate lawyer since 2002. I serve on the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Standard Forms Committee. The Standard Forms Committee helped to write the new Regional Sales Contract. The Regional Sales Contract is a form contract used in the vast majority of residential real estate transactions in the Washington D.C. area. When I am not busy being a real estate attorney and now an entrepreneur, I try to stay involved in the community by serving as Chairman of the Fairfax County Advisory Social Services Board, the citizen oversight body to the county's Department of Family Services. I am also a member of Fairfax County's Industrial Development Authority, a body that helps finance capital projects for hospitals and health care facilities in Northern Virginia.
